KK has unfortunately had her hands tied by Jimmy Jiang ever since he got to BSEG.

The company has never been shareholder friendly, nor do they understand capital markets. It is not an independent board.

I have asked to be on the board for many years to assist with capital markets. They think they know the capital world, and they don't. They might know the movie business but if you are going to be a public company, you must act like a public company.

I like KK but she must be so frustrated after all these years........She deserves a big win with BSEG someday.
