My second concern is, Kisa has stated that he operates in a "Free Zone". Information as to "Free Zone" taxation of Northern Cyprus companies states that those operating from a "Free Zone" pay no taxes.

As per the link provided:

In addition to different laws for different industries , there are laws which provide preferential tax treatment to companies and establish the rules for their formation and operations. Companies which operate in the Free Zone and the Companies whose activities are wholly outside the TRNC, are incorporated under Free Zone Law and International Business Companies Law. The licenses and functions of these companies are governed by these laws.

Those operating from a "Free Zone" pay no taxes, eh? LMAO!!!
