Two things are in conflict with the supposed taxation and seeing tax records of GIFX.
I doubt that anyone can just show up at the GIFX office and ask to see their tax/revenue records. That would be totally insane.
My second concern is, Kisa has stated that he operates in a "Free Zone". Information as to "Free Zone" taxation of Northern Cyprus companies states that those operating from a "Free Zone" pay no taxes.
If for some reason Bill Jones walked into the GIFX building, and was allowed to see the books of GIFX, he would find that GIFX has no tax liability at all, if Kisa was telling the truth about why GIFX is located in Lefkosa.
Sounds like a lot of BullShit to me.
