Just an observation but most lawyers would have a fit if their client insisted on using the word "binding" as opposed to "non-binding" for a LOI filed with the SEC. It just doesn't happen unless it is a 99.9% done deal.

Also- we need to get current with financials before they start putting out press releases. I am actually hoping the next news we get is about getting back to pink current status.
