I am aware that Trusts have provisions that stop all payments to entities that have filed for bankruptcy protection...that's a fact that I've personally researched and confirmed. What I do not believe is that WMI still possess any interests in Trusts and as such will not receive such benefits. There is simply no evidence that has EVER been presented that confirms the existence of such assets, but rather a bunch of unsupported fantasies from MB posters.
