It may sound like a lot, but if you really do factor in ALL the costs, as any cpa with his weight would you only have to add all the costs to arrive at something close to that round number, figures don't lie. And any cpa would know all the costs so not to fool oneself. Doctors are great at what they do but are lousy businessmen and are terrible with numbers when related to business.
