The market reaction was laughable. I don't know what the hell everyone's expectations were but hearing people say the results were "good but not great" or "less than expected" obviously thought we were going to see the cure for pancreatic cancer. For the first trial in minimal patients we saw more than could have been expected. I don't think people are understanding how rare CRs are in pancreatic cancer. You would expect to see a CR in maybe 1 out of 500 patients treated. We saw one in 7. Random people on the internet might not understand this but you know damn well the pharma industry does.
