Short ETFs are looking like a bottom...RUSS
This one has hit my three points for an initial position - 1) Price went above the 9-period baseline 2) RSI(14) is above 20MA of RSI(14) after a bottoming process and 3) price 5(MA) crossed above 10(MA). I will put an initial position on Monday.
