It certainly wasn’t anything that DBMM did to help themselves.
This is the way it will go.
The FACTS of the case have not changed since the original revocation order. The ALJ DIVISION is just trying to cover all its bases so that their decisions are seen as above board. This way, once their stock is REVOKED, DBMM won’t be able to wiggle out of it.
You said it’s all about TIMING? Well in this case, you certainly were right. DBMM LUCKED OUT with the timing of that Lucia ruling. If it wasn’t for that, they’d already be a memory.
DBMM will be revoked. It’s almost a sure bet.
