...and tell them to stick to running the fryer.

The 5 year rotation rule doesn't apply to audit firms, it applies to audit engagement partners.

KBL has 4 people who can act as lead auditors. All TAUG needed to do was sign a different one to the engagement, not dismiss the whole firm.
So there was some other reason for the dismissal of KBL. Go back and tell the guy who gave you that bad information to tell you the truth this time. He sent you back here to tell a falsehood.
