It will be quite some time before this judge comes to any ruling.

Everyday, the judge has that June 21st SEC filing sitting in plain sight, stating that the most recently amended Super 10K has deficiencies.

The most serious is the numbers for the delinquent 10Q’s that were put in there. The SEC came right out and said they were not sufficient.

The judge is compelled to take that filing seriously. The enforcement division of the SEC is NOT SATISFIED with the filing!

Once DBMM FINALLY admits that this problem has to be addressed and re-amends the Super 10K? Well then POSSIBLY the judge might consider rendering a decision. Until then?

I think DBMM shareholders will wait a long time. A long, long time.
