Since they continually stated in filings they needed more capital if approved for expanded label

Where/when did they say that? I just re-read the Q1 CC transcript and there's no mention of needing a capital raise. I hope to hell they don't plan on doing acquisitions, either some other drug(s) or buying their own API plants - they've got enough work to do ramping up sales ASAP after R-IT approval.
