The T/A, Securities Transfer Corporation, has been gagged since June, when VGTeL officially went dark/defunct.

Unfortunately, this is just another fake email posted to board in an attempt to entice unsuspecting investors to buy the stock.

Of course Newbauer continues to dilute the remaining 700 million shares though, but hopefully the SEC will step in soon and cancel this ticker! #THROWAWAYTHEKEY
