The enforcement division of the SEC disagrees with the way DBMM filed their LAST 10K filing.

It’s CLEAR that they don’t consider it good enough. The June 21st filing by the SEC makes this VERY EVIDENT.

Did DBMM file? Yes. Was it sufficient according to the SEC?

MOST DEFINITELY NOT. The SEC said this in no uncertain terms.

No judge on Earth would give DBMM a “pass” in the face of that filing.
