I understand the pain that you are feeling as well as others here that the financials haven't been more of a priority here as it's the closest evidence we can have to proving how legitimate GSFI is. However, IMO, this is how I am reasoning this investment and not necessarily to add more but to have some faith for now (next 60-90 days).

1. GSFI never had to take over the shell of EGOH and attempt to make a better co. (or even just a company) at all. They had a vision, and they are trying to execute it right now.

2. They went through the process of the name change and taking full custody of the shell. This may not mean a lot to some, but IMO why take control of a shell unless you have plans to do something better. This also doesn't mean that GSFI couldn't eventually just become a printing machine for shares and publish PRs like EGOH did just to sell shares, but for now it doesn't seem to fall into the scam category.

3. They dropped the share count MASSIVELY. Allbeit through a reverse split which I was opposed to at the time, but nontheless GSFI wouldn't have cared about doing this if they just wanted to print shares. To me, this proves legitimacy by wanting to uplist and help shareholders by creating a stock that can move with almost no resistance. Again, this isn't suggesting the share structure will always stay the same, but this further proves to me at least that GSFI wants to be legitimate.

4. They have offered preferred shares to all GSFI shareholders excluding those who have purchased more recently. And theres a good chance those who flipped and/or purchased late still received preferred stock as I received an extra share after my triple down on this stock (yes you can call me crazy if you want ;) ). Again, more evidence to prove legitimacy, why would an OTC stock publish preferred stock at all? Especially if the goal is to solely raise capital through printing stock.

5. Forward looking messages and recent news offered by the company. Goals of uplisting to NASDAQ, wanting to expand operations, starting to make moves to do so (Ex. MOU with Aoki Group) and there's probably more talks in the works than just with them too.

6. AIA conference earlier in July to put their product and vision out there to potential business partners/investors. No scam co. or any company not wanting to expand operations would attend such an event.

If you agree or disagree with me you will find a way to take what I have presented and use it to your personal initiative with this stock. I'm not at all disregarding the importance and necessity of the financials, and they need to get that done soon! I personally don't feel more comfortable to purchase more at this time until I can see what we as shareholders are looking at as far as where the company stands financially. There could be a chance that the numbers are really poor and in turn the stock could sink more. However, with a low share structure and the ability for our shares to double in value simply by an increase of 1M market cap seems very possible given their current attempts to prove legitimacy and signs of wanting to grow and working into contracts. This is why I felt comfortable increasing my initial investment as the ability for this company to have an increase stock price can be achieved by a very low market cap growth, and that can come from one simple contract netting multiple millions of dollars over the next X amount of years.

One other note of mention is that right now the company sits around a 807.8K market cap! Massive potential lies here for crazy stock price growth off of very little market cap gain when you consider some companies market caps even within the OTC. If I can get in a company under 1M that is doing all the above that GSFI is doing.. I'm taking a hard look at that company and being left with a tough decision on taking a risk or not.

Anyways, good luck to all GSFI investors/traders. Have a little more patience at the least and lets see what these guys can do.
