Delays! scooped from agoracom, kind of scares me a bit since the deal is for Denselight, a company operating in A/P after all, so quite possibly if the buyer is not GF, then it might likely be an A/P company...

Smells deeply of a Chinese deal to me. The Chinese business brass do not hurry to close anything and they will likely erect last minute hurdles to try and show there muscle. I sincerely doubt that our suitor is an American or Private company as the deal would have been signed already.

Huawei or some other Chinese entity. Comments, any one?

I agree with you. I've studied Asian cultures and lived there. My dad told me the stories growing up how it is to do business in Asia. This stinks of a Chinese company and if it is, better prepare for more delays in making the deal. They are notorious for delaying deals. Saying everything's great and then all of a sudden changing their minds. It's why I find it hilarious when representatives of the Trump administration say, "We're close to a trade deal." No you're not. The Chinese make you think you are when face to face but you're not close, and every time it comes out they're not close. It's blows my mind these people don't know this is how the Chinese work. It's embedded in their culture. It's now starting to come clear that POET also may not fully understand who they are dealing with if this in fact a Chinese company. I could have told them if they agreed to signing the deal by September they'll be lucky to close it by the end of the year...

If there are any further delays I'm sure we'll see PPS head for the lows again, arrrghhhh, considering the potential here it's really painful to once again lose traction on the PPS

Strik, Mack, thoughts?
