Gotta be the same. There's been plenty of good DD provided by other posters here , especially MightyBull, showing the connection between iSee and Vicareo. I hadn't noticed the website thing before. Also look at this info from the about section in both websites:

From the iSee website link:

Now from Vicareo's website:

"Vicareo began with its technological backgrounds in 2014. Followed by serious intensive researches that have lead to the development of “RefCam” a unique professional sports action camera designed to broadcast wirelessly at any sporting event."

Name is literally the only difference. Both companies supposedly began in 2014? hmmm...strange considering it's been well documented by others here that Vicareo wasn't actually formed until 2017.
