So now the new carrot is a conference or whatever on 7/19 Friday. Determining if SFOR has a shot to be heard or is granted a shot to be heard by the SC.

Wash.Rinse.Repeat.

If it turns out to be a real positive this could move up, problem is that there aren't enough shareholders left (and too many that have been burned by Mark Kay and will never come back) to sustain any more huge northward swings.
