Sooo you are saying it is okay for Tim and Chris to do the crap that they have done? I don't think it is. I have filed many complaints with the different agencies hoping that if enough of us file a complaint for the same ticker they can look into the situation. I feel there is a hidden reason they are not posting the 10K and 10Q - my opinion is the numbers are not what they have PR'd them to be. Their PR is full of "outs" so that when they release the financials (if they do), then the forward looking statement clause means that this "anticipated" "expected" to be reasonably close to the number, although the 10K will be the concrete number and the PR is just a possible number they have reached. Nothing in that PR on July 12 was definitive in the revenues. They have left the door wide open - similar to "shortly" , "soon", .....

Just my opinion...
