FYI dilution machines and delinquent filings are not abnormal only your perception of it is lol.Look at LAHO delinquent,diluting like there is no tomorrow,but it is what it is among 100's or even 1000's more like them.Playing in this sandbox is not for the faint of heart or gamblers that don't understand the game.
