Spoken like the consummate salesman...

issuing new equity supports other objectives including a possible up-list to a senior exchange, such as NYSE or NASDAQ


Now, I'm open to the possibility that I am missing something here, but how does issuing new equity help getting uplisted? The only way, and I mean the only way VEND gets to NYSE or NASDAQ is by a huge reverse split. We're talking at least 20 to 1.
