Based on what your birdie told you, it doesn't appear a buyout is what Carter wants.
Sounds like he's going for the jugular and may use the proceeds to go after the rest of the infringers, IMO.

On a side note my nephew recd an athletic scholarship to PSU.
If I recall correctly you mentioned that you were a fan on the OW board a while back.
