FOUND Another clue to the COHG mystery...

becoming less of a mystery... quick summary...

georgina martin was CFO & 3% owner of stock of cohg back in

roughly 2010.... per the 10-k, she also worked for another

company (JEMI, remember the name jemi)

now fast forward, filing in some blanks....

ms martin contacted mr lazar to take custody of cohg

and get it current and turn it over to her...

WHICH HAS HAPPENED....

now, per the nevada sos site, on a 5/30 update, mr lazar is no

longer ceo and now a mr jenks is ceo along with ms martin

NOW, it just so happens that mr jenks was ceo or something

of JEMI (same co ms martin worked for in 2010)

so, there is the connection.... more digging
