Common will be diluted by over 18,000 percent once all of the preferred is converted....and that is NOT EVEN considering the conversion price of .06!

There were 18,277,807 shares outstanding per OTC market on 07/15/18. There’s will be over 350,000,000 shares outstanding assuming full conversion of preferred.

Why would anyone be holding common stock in this ?? sucking company.
