Even you can do addition and multiplication...Can’t you?

It’s simple:

They are raising $20 mil by selling Units at $1000 per Unit. Divide $20 mil by $1000 and you get 20,000 units to be sold. Each unit converts to 16,667 shares.

Ok...are you with me this far Bond?

Now...just multiply the 20k units by 16,667 shares per unit and....hold on now for the big finish...you now have an additional 333,340,000 shares outstanding when fully issued and diluted.

Come on Bond...that is 2nd grade math. You already knew the answer...you just wanted to make me type and work!

So glad you can wallow in your victory about the company not going bankrupt while common shareholders get the proverbial shaft. Must make you feel great!
