These class action lawsuits will all get consolidated in one and settled for a payment of approximately $1 million. The company will make the decision to settle, rather than litigate, just to get it behind them.

I believe there is long term value here, that will be realized, but Rory is a typical promoter, that over-hyped the company. Once stabilized, he needs to be replaced.

Having said that,despite his pinkie CEO shortcomings, he has assembled a very good management team, BOD and Advisory Council.

The merger with the experienced team at SC was a good move.

Execution of the biz plan will be accomplished, not due to Rory, but due to the rest of the team.

Serial entrepreneurs are great at getting the ball rolling, but are a hindrance to short and long term execution.

Can see some decent share price appreciation after year end 2019, but at that point, a more polished front man would do wonders as the investor point person.
