Combine the guidance PR with this dilution announcement along with the recent insider selling and it makes you wonder if they know the FDA is going to play hardball. Run it up for a secondary now before the FDA announces an adcom and delays the PDUFA, all of which deflates the stock price / operating capital to ramp up later. Now they have $ to operate through the obstacles.
