One tell-tale sign would be if management starts talking of an uplisting to the NYSE or NASDAQ while the PPS is significantly below $4.00 / share. To date I haven't heard any mention of uplisting however and I personally believe we can reach the $4.00 threshold without any need for a R/S.

I owned a stock once which went through a 1:400 reverse split. It was devastating. I personally lost in excess of $150,000.00 on that one before I bailed out. By far the worst investment I've ever experienced. To be fair, I've had my share of home runs as well. But damn that one hurt.

Hoping NGW is a ten-bagger over the next couple of years. I believe it will.
