Carter controls the vote and the Board - so he can do whatever he wants to do whatever is best for Carter et el.

Read the revocation - Carter was informed of a pending suspension if he didn't clear up the delinquencies - Carter ignored the SEC and got exactly what he wanted - a suspension and revocation - which could have been easily avoided.

Now since he is controlling the vote on a private company - he can vote to dissolve the corporation - he can vote to cancel the common shares - Carter now has free reign to cut out shareholders if there is a settlement.

Has Carter issued a letter to shareholders about the revocation?

Carter is a patent troll - a sociopath he doesn't care about shareholders.

I am not litigious by nature but if I were a shareholder I would try and get a lawsuit certified as Class Action.

But if any law firm thought there were any assets to attach they would already be soliciting clients.
