As they post large blocks on the ask, they are intentionally letting algorithms undercut them so as to drag the price down.

As the algorithms continue to undercut, eventually stop losses kick in and continue to sell more underneath those stacking the ask.

This is common practice for stocks who have algorithm users

Once investors realize their stop losses have kicked in, they usually buy back their securities, which in this case would cause a heavy bounce back!

Be ready for a nice flip from these levels!
