Thank you so much for your help.
I listened twice to the recording and it helped to clear some vital items:

1. The long lasting employee's claimed are done. Nov 1, 2019 distribution as mentioned by BR are for the remaining claims to be paid accordingly, not distribution to final equity holders of former WMI.

2. AG filed 1st Appeal Brief and WMILT has to reply by 7-22-2019. There are no fund left for the UW or other claims. This will not delay closing of bk.

3. WMILT is planning to close bk in Q3 2019, if necessary Q4 2019.
