I think I'll stop speculating regarding the reason(s) why the CEO want promote BIEL's product(s). IMO, it's not the lack of funds either; with me, that red herring never registered. IMO, why he is doing this is less interesting at this point. What's more important, of course, IMO, it's taking place and something needs to be done about it. There truly needs to be an investigation regarding the CEO's lack of action in the area of promoting the product.
