Any new lawsuits this week? Any updates the ceo promised us months ago. If I was a new investor I wouldn’t invest in this stock with no updates promised and a bunch of lawsuits. IMO the ceo and board members are doing everything they can to keep damage control to a minimum while Rory takes trips around America to sell a product he already tried selling the first time. Where are the update lists from the institutional investors from the first road show? Anybody that believes Rory is doing a road show to sell verbs products or seeking investors are false and should look at the facts. Fact number one Rory went on a road show already and made the stock holdings value plummet. Fact two Rory never gave any update on who the institutional investors were from the first road show. Three the road show cost the company money they don’t have. Where do you think the money will come from financing or stockholders debt? So ask yourself what a red flag is when you want to give your money to a company for an investment. Make sure the CEO is not failing on promises or is misleading you on information that can cause you to lose your investment.
