linda1, it seems to me the Secured and Unsecured Creditors threat of FC suit should be a boost to commons, especially if one considers they see a huge payday. I believe some heavy hitters have been buying WINMQ as as the trading has been puzzling, leading mevto believe some have been a accumulating.

This since I witnessed that huge purchase on 7/2 where the price only rose 15% on almost two million purchased when this should have taken it above the .50 cent level on 7/2 in my view.

So, potential litigation or not concerning the FC suit and if not then this would bode well for UC recovering 100% of their monies which means commons should win either way. linda1, do you read this play the same way as I do?
