If all of the Secured Creditors are being
PAID IN FULL under the POR then I doubt
that they are keen on Fraudulent Conveyance
Litigation - which will drain funds from the Estate.


I think that any WIN Secured Creditors which also
hold Unsecured Bonds will be open to a FC Lawsuit.


The UCs are getting aggressive now in their
push to start litigation against UNITI. I get the
clear impression that they think they have more
than enough evidence to win any Litigation against
UNITI.
