I'm pretty sure Inovio has me on ignore but I was the one that disagreed with him on the shelf. It means nothing for the upcoming PC data. I did say they probably tap into if we get a spike in SP but to say if they don't use it before data it means data is going to be good is misleading at best. They never had any plans to issue shares at this price. An active shelf is something every early stage biotech should have so they can be opportunistic with their capital raises. Allows them to raise cash whenever it makes sense as opposed to only when they have to. It's been discussed before that Peter will be very opportunistic with capital raises. I can almost guarantee there won't be much rhyme or reason to any future raises. If the price is right they will tap the shelf. This is regardless of their current cash position. When I spoke to Peter he mentioned getting an active shelf in place has been on his agenda since he took over as CEO at the end of 2017.

The shelf was just standard operating procedure. It should not be used to come to a conclusion about the upcoming data. Either way there or plenty of other hints that are a lot more convincing as to what the data will look like.
