Transfer Online is a private company. CMKX is dead, and they sent out a letter to let you know it is now you're expense to maintain your account with them as well as any costs incurred in transferring the worthless stock to some other dumbazz willing to buy them from you.

Key point is CMKX is no longer a company. It's shut down... dead, finito, pushing daisies, last nail in the coffin went in a few months ago. Gone, has been, was. Game Over, but thank you for playing!
