I like the Apple myth. Maybe we sell the equipment to them and rent them the space for R&D. They can work on those AR glasses and foldable IPads. I am curious if the equipment will leave the building at all. I doubt the power upgrade was made without contracts signed and the power could be required for our future tenant.

Regardless, I feel we will see some income from the ASUS phones sold in our territories. Just a buck a phone with 5 million sold would be nice. That along with cost cuts at LF and we would be looking pretty good.
