My response to the email that I received from Andy yesterday......


Good morning Andy,

I am in receipt of your response to my sincere email about the future of Bioelectronics and your role in that. With all due respect, if BIEL had an actual 3 member Board of Directors, they would have advised you to immediately enter the multiple partnership deals that you have arbitrarily decided against. In short, the company should have taken the deals with Dr. Scholls, KT Tape and CVS because they would be most beneficial in generating sales and profits and protecting the investments of all to loyal BIEL shareholders.

You asked me to explain myself further, I have done so. Having considered your response very carefully, I can only wish you well in the interesting times and future challenges ahead. Thank you.
