My lottery ticket was not bought because I believe in this company. Lets be honest, who purchases Pinkies because they are great companies. The companies that are here, are here because they have problems.
However, the SEC does not revoke based off the financials of a company.
I am the first to acknowledge, the SEC has a point with them missing filings. I bought my lottery ticket based off the reasons they gave. I knew it was a long shot. They lost but... they still have a chance... which in itself is amazing.
And those that say, do you know what the market cap would be at 0.40 also have not spent enough time in the Pink. This market is pure emotion buying

But saying they are losing money is not relevant.
