Any time I've seen dilution, as it actually occurs, it raises the PPS. I know, seems counterintuitive and end result is lower PPS but at the time they actually dilute, the PPS always goes up (i.e. jump to .05+ with roughly 30m+ shares). We havent seen that behavior in the past week, so I dont think any further dilution has been occurring since OTC SS update. This is something I've witnessed on multiple OTC stocks now over the years. My theory is that the MM diluting the shares is trying to get the company the best PPS for their shares at the time of dilution, so the price counterintuitively goes up. Seen this with KGKG too, and an old favorite SLNN. Hell, even SHMP, when they ran 3 cents to a dollar and traded their entire float 10x over every day for weeks (massive dilution) they still ran to almost a dollar.... then the quarterly hit showing the hundreds of millions of shares diluted and she dropped like a rock.
