Difficult to achieve a higher PPS when the company dilutes the OS and increases the float and no meaningful revenue to show at this time.
VATE has almost tripled the OS since beginning of last year..
It resumed last month and has continued over the past week from what I can see.

Yes..some of it is necessary but for every share they dilute, incrementally it raises the bar of revenue needed to offset and increase in share price.

doesn’t make it impossible to succeed but makes it that much harder especially when no one knows the true demand of these new products.

Going to need big (verifiable) news to move the needle
