Well, if he read my post, maybe the CEO's reaction was exactly as you surmise, but I don't think so. If we proceed with my proposal, there is an excellent chance we can successfully pull this thing off. If we accomplish our goal, as it were, and subsequently orders for Actipatch flood in like a raging torrent, then the CEO's malfeasance will be exposed. His mismanagement and intolerable behavior will be indefensible, and all will be aware of what's going on with BIEL, including the SEC. If we are indeed successful with this, the CEO will be forced to move in our direction and advertise. IMO, it's unconscionable that he appears not to make even a half-a%% attempt to promote and sell his product: correction... it's our product too, for we as shareholders are part owners of BIEL. If he doesn't make a Sea-change in his behavior, in the wake of our gambit, then we as shareholders would have a justifiable reason to file a class action against this CEO.

P.S. If we decide to go ahead with this endeavor, and win, it will be one for the history books, no doubt! IMO, this would give inspiration to shareholder empowerment.
