WHY HAVE I BEEN TALKING SHARE BUYBACKS?

Note this article:

A reverse takeover is performed in the following way; a public company acquires a private company through non-cash issue directed to the owners of the private company. The private company will then become majority owner in the public company through the shares. The result is subsequently that the private company acquires the public company and takes over the listing place. “The traditional way for a company who want to get listed is both tough and time consuming. A faster way is to buy the majority of votes in a public company and then gradually remold the organization to its own.”(Österlind, 2007)

Is this what Mr Dalsey is going to do?

At 0.0001 per share it would only take 2.5 Million Dollars to buy all the shares! (25 Billion shares * 0.0001 = $2.5M). Drop the AS, company shares now worth as much as they want and boom on the NASDAQ in 1 year!

OH Did I just calculate $2.5 Million Dollars, who has that kind of money laying around? HINT: LCG :) What company lends money to businesses up to $500K? HINT: LCG :) How many loans at $500K would be needed to equal $2.5 Million Dollars? HINT: GIVE ME 5.

So for just the equivalent of 5 max loans LCG can set the share price to whatever they want to. Obviously as they buy price goes up, so not all this logic is correct but it makes my point!

This is why I continuously mention buy backs. I am sure Dalsey knows this strategy. Now is this really called buy backs? I honestly don't know. Do they need to file ahead of time? I really don't know. If they don't can they buy shares at lets say 0.00001 or 0.00005? Humm? Always things to find out and learn. Anyone have any links on those subjects, because I am out of DD time for now :) Hoping for good news tomorrow!
