I think you may need to re-read my post(s). The last SEC filing from 2018 gives the only accurate share count (at that time). What you are producing by way of your e-mail screen capture is not only editable, but entirely unremarkable for three (3) reasons.

1) Anyone could easily alter the text in any e-mail capture.

2) The only share count that can be shown to be true at the time (under securities and perjury law(s)) emanate from the financial statements by way of the company in question, such as it is (dark/defunct/no information) due to missing financial statements.

3) The Transfer Agent has been instructed by this company NOT to update the share count; therefore nobody will know until the elusive financial report, late as it T'is, is posted by the company. Sorry
