Theboy, 1st pretrial conference was Monday.

We have had 7 filings on the case since Monday

Bottom Line, they are still pointing toward the trial beginning on Monday July 29

2nd Pretrial conference is set for Tuesday and Wednesday 7/23 and 7/24

From reading the filings, the case should only take a week based on the estimates given to the judge by both sides

That means that the case will be over by August 2

After that we wait for the judge's dissertation and decision

I have talked to several people, and no one has a clue why we have gotten the action we have over the last 3 days

Only conclusion we can come to is that people are gambling

I think it is a great gamble, and have been putting my money where my mouth is for months now

Once it breaks above 50 cents there is no telling
