I can go back four years and come up with plenty. The Phase V crisis still angers me. Coffer Black, forensic accountants formerly with the FBI and the constant “Stay tuned” they could go after the bad actors. All they did was deal with their liability attorneys to cover for themselves.

I am still not selling and will wait for results and you have to expect them sometime this year. They have been more than vocal about it and not ambiguous like most issues. The timing is not precise but the public statements and presentations are enough that if they didn’t execute they would need liability attorneys again.

The selling as of late I expect is due to the funds that hold enormous amounts of warrants and can get profits of around 10 to 20% selling their common shares and still make a boatload with warrants at no risk.

Am I happy with this management team. No. A disaster of lawyers. Ambulance chasers have a better approval rating than these clowns.
