If he's talkin' 'bout that, then there WAS illegal activity which caused investors to fork over their money. They don't have to be forced for it to be illegal (as I've previously shown).
You may not be talking about Barton anymore, but MA might be. And others still are because they're still holding millions of those phony Barton shares - they didn't just vanish after charges were filed. And as long as those shares remain in our accounts, it's not "history" for us.
It's unclear if the last insane clown posse did anything illegal, but what little they did was murky and suspicious. Lots of grandiose projections made, none executed.
They essentially pumped the stock in their only Letter to Shareholders and 10-Q. As well as creating a website touting the partnerships and inventions about to become part of MDIN. NONE OF WHICH OCCURRED.
They may call these forward-looking statements, but they look like the same ol' fictitious bullshit we got from Barton.
WTH do private placement shares have to do with anything? I think everyone here is only concerned with public offerings.
