Now we know why Calabria "flip flopped", in the past few days.

He obviously had advance knowledge of this unfavorable (to FHFA) ruling, so he decided to "sic the FHFA lawyers on it".

To be sure, this will be settled at the Supreme Court level UNLESS both parties decide not to appeal the En Banc ruling.

Remember, only a fraction of the cases presented to the US Supreme Court "are even heard".

Mostly, the US Supreme Court denies the Writ of Certiorari. This means the lower court's ruling stands, once the writ is denied.

And, the Supreme Court only consents to hear about 100-150 cases, out of about 7000 submitted, per year. This means the Supreme Court will only "hear" about 2 percent of the cases. This does not mean either side has a victory..it means only 2 percent are even heard.

The importance of the En Banc ruling can not be underestimated. This means that the En Banc court ruling has at least a 98 percent chance of becoming the law of the land.

Its my opinion that "En Banc" has already been decided..but not made public yet.

Our president, and possibly Calabria, could be one of the select few who are privy to advanced notice of this decision.
We all know Trump wants this out of cship. That is why he hired Calabria...rememeber he had a lot to pick from.

Someone posted that "En Banc" decision will be posted by/before July 17 at the latest. Im not sure if that is accurate, but it is plausable. We will probably know in 8 days.

I specualate that we already know. Why? Well, the president and Calabria have people who work for them, and those people have friends.
EVEN tho, insider trading is illegal, its one of those things that is done all the time. Congress is exempt from insider trading.
Remember, we have had big time price gains in the past 6-12 months. Big time.
Somebody knew and bought.
