The issues regarding unconstitutional structure run much deeper that just the ?removal for cause" issue that gets all the attention. Kavanaugh sought a total do-over @ CFPB.

I think the realization that the GOV could be in BIG TROUBLE with the pending ruling is what drove the S/P up, yesterday, even though the letter's content initially appeared to be ominous. I would not be surprised to see it go up again, today.

I am not holding shares at this time, am not seeking gains from this opinion and make no investment recommendations to anyone.
